- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- freshly ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- dried basil - 1 Tbsp
- grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
How to make lemon basil chicken:
Combine oil and next 7 ingredients in shallow baking dish. Add chicken, turning once to coat both sides. Refrigerate for 30 - 45 minutes, turning once. Pan braise on top of stove. Simmer till done.
