Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
How to make lemon bars:
Crust: Mix 1 cup flour, butter, powdered sugar and salt with pastry cutter. Pat in 8 x 8-inch greased square pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.Topping: Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar, flour and lemon juice. Pour over crust. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
