- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
How to make sour cream bundt cake:
Mix together cake mix, dry pudding, oil, sour cream, eggs and milk. Mix together pecans, brown sugar and white sugar. Add nut mixture to cake mixture. Blend together. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Variation: Sprinkle nuts into bottom of Bundt pan before filling pan.
