Creamy lasagne
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can tomatoes, cut up - 1 1/2
- 2 oz - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- dried oregano leaves, crushed - 1 tsp
- lasagne noodles, cooked and drained - 8 oz
How to make creamy lasagne:
Brown meat in a large skillet; drain. Add onions; cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, garlic and seasonings. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Combine cream cheese and milk in a saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, layer half of noodles, meat mixture, cream cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese; repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
