- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- low-fat cottage cheese - 1 (12

- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- lasagna noodles - 1 pkg
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- Longhorn Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- onion and parsley flakes - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown: beef, salt, black pepper, onion, garlic and oregano. Drain fat; add tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cook noodles; mix all cheeses together. Arrange in layers: noodles, cheese and meat sauce. Top with cheese and add parsley flakes. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Let set for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
