Ingredients/Components
- salt
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 3 c
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- lasagna noodles - 10 oz
- tomatoes - 2 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- cans tomato paste 1 1/3 c - 2 oz
How to make lasagna:
Simmer together for 45 minutes the sausage, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste. Boil noodles until tender. Shred or slice Mozzarella cheese. Combine cottage cheese, beaten eggs, spices and Parmesan cheese. Layer a sausage layer, then noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
