- bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
- salt and pepper to suit - 1 item
- olive oil to suit - 1 item
- garlic to suit - 1 item
- oregano to suit - 1 item
- soy bean sauce to suit - 1 item
- wine Burgundy, to suit - 1/2 pt
How to make lamb shish kebab:
Cut leg of lamb into 1 1/2-inch squares. Remove fat. Marinate in mixture of ingredients for 4 to 24 hours.With skewer, alternate meat, bell pepper, meat, tomato, meat, onion, meat, etc. Cook on barbecue over low coals for about 20 minutes.
