Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- cream of chicken soup - 2 c
- corn tortillas - 15 item
- small can Ortega chilies - 1 item
- chicken or turkey, cooked - 2 c
- cheese Jack/Cheddar - 1 lb
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix together all ingredients, except tortillas and cheese. Dip tortillas in hot oil until soft. Fill with chicken mixture. Roll and top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
