Ingredients/Components
- red cooking wine - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- garlic salt/pepper - 1 tsp
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- crushed oregano - 2 Tbsp
- boneless leg of lamb - 3 lb
How to make lamb kabobs:
Marinate the leg of lamb in the other combined ingredients overnight. Skewer cubes of the lamb with squares of green peppers and onions. Also add a cherry tomato; grill until done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Lamb/sheep.
