- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- crushed red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cubed chicken - 1 lb
How to make kung pao chicken:
Marinate chicken in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for 30 minutes. Spray nonstick pan with Pam. Brown garlic; add chicken and cook thoroughly. Add bell pepper and onion. Cook until onion is translucent.
