Kiwi fruit danish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolk - 1 item
- apricot jam - 1/2 c
- to 3 kiwi fruit, pared and sliced - 2 item
How to make kiwi fruit danish:
Unroll crescent roll dough and shape into 8 triangles with equal sides. Combine cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and almond extract; blend well. Place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in center of each triangle; top with kiwi fruit slice. Pull points of triangle to center and pinch to seal. Bake on greased baking sheet at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack. Heat jam. Top with kiwi fruit slice; brush with jam.Recipe categories: Desserts, Appetizers, Kiwifruit.
