Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- chocolate chips - 12 oz
- egg whites - 4 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
How to make kisses:
Beat egg whites, salt, cream of tartar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Cover cookie sheet with brown paper and drop by teaspoon onto brown paper. Bake at 300° for 25 minutes. Cool completely and remove.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 15 mins, Candy.
