can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
onion, chopped - 1 item
corn tortillas
can mushroom soup - 1 item
can tomatoes and green chilies or 1 1/2 7 3/4 oz - 1 oz
chicken, cooked, skinned, boned and diced - 3 lb

How to make king ranch chicken:

Combine soups and sauce; stir to mix well. In oblong baking dish, place tortillas on bottom. Pour 1/2 sauce mixture on top, then 1/2 chicken and 1/2 chopped onion. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
