Ingredients/Components
- egg yolks - 2 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- whipping cream - 1 item
- lime juice - 1/4 c
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- can condensed milk - 1 item
How to make key lime pie:
Blend together condensed milk and egg yolks. Gradually beat in lime juice. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into milk mixture. Pour this mixture into graham cracker crust and smooth out the filling. Whip the whipping cream until very stiff and add a dash of sugar when half-whipped.
