Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 1/4
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 3/4 c
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- unbaked 8-inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make jello pudding pecan pie:
Blend pie filling with corn syrup. Gradually stir in evaporated milk and egg. Add nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375° until top is firm and just begins to crack (about 40 minutes). Cool at least 3 hours. Garnish, if desired.Note: Use sugar-free pudding mix (if available). Use lite syrup, if desired. Use skim milk, if desired.
