  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 lb
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • sifted flour

How to make jewish coffee cake:

Topping:1/2 c. sugar3 tsp. cinnamon Grease and flour 9-inch tube pan. Cream the butter, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Add vanilla, sour cream and dry ingredients; beat together. Pour 1/2 of batter into pan; add cinnamon mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
