Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- liquid smoke - 1 Tbsp
- round or flank steak or deer meat - 2 lb
How to make jerky:
Mix all marinade ingredients in bowl. Pour over meat slices; thoroughly wet all sides of meat and layer in the marinating dish. Cover tightly the marinade in refrigerator overnight. If possible, rotate meat layers every few hours. Drain marinated meat and spread in single layer in dehydrator.Recipe categories: Beef, Deer, Moose.
