- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- raisins - 1 c
- can flaked coconut - 1 item
- Cream butter and sugar
- meat of 3 oranges, cut up
How to make japanese fruit cake:
Combine flour and soda. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beating well after each. Add 1 cup of flour, then 1/2 cup of sour cream, another cup of flour, remainder of cream, 1/2 cup of flour (dredge pecans and raisins in other half), vanilla, nuts and rRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Christmas.
