Banana nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 4 c
- ripe bananas, mashed - 6 item
How to make banana nut bread:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and sour cream; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix until all flour is dampened. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until done. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. This is a very moist bread.Recipe given to me by my sister, Linda Ashworth.
