Ingredients/Components
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- cup chicken broth - 1 item
- packages of boneless chicken breasts, cut into bit size pieces - 2 item
- Italian Bread Crumbs - 1 item
- cup wine optional - 1/2 item
- lb sliced mushrooms - 1/2 item
- lb grated Muenster cheese - 3/4 item
How to make italian chicken:
Cut 2 packages boneless chicken breasts into bit size pieces. Shake pieces in a plastic bag with flour. Add to 4 beaten eggs. Soak in beaten eggs over night in the refrigerator. Remove from egg and roll in Italian bread crumbs. Saut?© in butter. Place in a casserole; add to drippings 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup wine, optional. Pour over chicken. Top with 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms. Add 3/4 lb grated Muenster cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
