Ingredients/Components
- chicken, cut up - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 1/2
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- medium size onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium size bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- beef bouillon cubes - 3 item
- white cooking wine - 1/2 c
How to make italian chicken:
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350°. The sauce makes an excellent gravy for rice. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
