Ingredients/Components
- instant potatoes enough for 6 servings - 2 c
- instant onion - 1 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- small box frozen chopped spinach - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 item
How to make irish potatoes:
Boil water (amount according to directions on potato box). Add salt; add potatoes, margarine and sour cream. Cook spinach; when cool squeeze out all water. Add to potatoes. Add onion; mix well. Spread in baking dish; cover with cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Candy.
