- stick margarine - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- frozen spinach - 1 (10
- dill seed - 1 tsp
- dehydrated onion - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream 1 cup - 1/2 pt
How to make irish potatoes:
Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly. Cook potatoes and mash. Add margarine, sour cream and seasonings. Stir in spinach. Turn into baking dish, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Yields 6 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Candy.
