  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
  • medium potatoes - 9 item

How to make oven potatoes:

The day ahead, cook the potatoes with skins on. Cool. Peel and grate (with a cabbage grater). Put in Pam sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan. Heat together the margarine and half and half. Pour over potatoes. Cover with Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. The next day, bake at 350° for 1 hour.
