Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • cream cheese - 1 lb
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • vanilla wafers - 18 item
  • can pie filling - 1 oz

How to make individual cheesecakes:

Soften cheese to room temperature. Whip together first 4 ingredients. Place wafers in bottom of cupcake papers. Fill 3/4 full with whipped mix. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Cool. Top with pie filling and store in refrigerator.
