Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • sour cream - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
  • Bisquick mix - 3/4 c
  • envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 item
  • can chopped green chilies, drained - 1 oz
  • Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c

How to make impossible taco pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onions until brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until a knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean (8 to 10 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, tomatoes and cheese, if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
