Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
  • envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 item
  • can chopped green chilies, drained - 1 item

How to make impossible taco pie:

Cook and stir beef and onions until brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in greased pie plate. Top with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
