Impossible lasagna pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 c
- tomato paste - 6 oz
- basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
- Bisquick baking mix - 2/3 c
- creamed cottage cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano leaves - 1 tsp
How to make impossible lasagna pie:
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in plate. Mix beef, herbs, tomato paste and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese; spoon on top. Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper for 15 seconds in blender. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese.Note: For 9-inch pan, cut Bisquick mix, milk and eggs in half.
