Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped tomatoes - 1 c
- chopped zucchini - 2 c
How to make impossible garden pie:
Sprinkle into a 10-inch pie pan (oiled) the zucchini, tomatoes, onions and cheese. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables in pan. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Side dish.
