  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped tomato - 1 c
  • chopped zucchini - 2 c
  • baking mix Bisquick or Jiffy - 1/2 c

How to make impossible garden pie:

Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in lightly greased 9-inch pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 30 minutes in 400° oven. Let stand 5 minutes.
