Impossible coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- sweet milk - 2 c
- can flaked coconut - 1 oz
How to make impossible coconut pie:
Beat eggs. Blend together sugar and flour, then stir into eggs with remaining ingredients. Turn into two greased 9-inch pie pans (no crust). Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes until coconut is browned and pie is firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
