  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • Bisquick - 1/2 c

How to make impossible coconut pie:

Mix ingredients in blender. Pour into a buttered 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes. Test with inserted knife in center to check doneness.
