  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • tomatoes, chopped - 2 c
  • Bisquick baking mix - 3/4 c

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Grease 9-inch pie pan. Brown beef and onion, drain. Add salt and pepper. Spread mixture in bottom of pie pan. In mixing bowl, beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth or 1 minute with hand held mixer. Pour over beef in pan. Bake 25 minutes at 400°. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6 to 8.
