  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 2/3 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onions
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Saute ground beef and onions until brown. Lightly grease pie pan. Spread beef evenly in pan; sprinkle salt and pepper on beef, then cover with Cheddar cheese. Beat the 3 eggs; add milk and Bisquick. Pour over mixture. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes. Cut in wedges like pie.
