  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • ground beef
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • large tomato - 1 item

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate (10 1/2 x 1/2-inches). Cook and stir ground beef and onion in skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick mix until smooth. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Slice tomato and arrange on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife comes out clean, about 5 to 8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
