Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- cans mandarins, drained and coarsely chopped - 2 oz
- custard base for ice cream - 1 qt
How to make ice cream:
Mix all ingredients. Freeze in ice cream maker or use freezer tray method. For a variation, add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 3 tablespoons Contreau instead of the lemon juice. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Frozen desserts.
