  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • can pork and beans - 16 oz
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • barbecue sauce - 3/4 c
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • can Hungry Jack biscuits - 1 item

How to make hungry jack casserole:

Brown beef. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese and biscuits. Put in 2 quart casserole. Cut biscuits in half. Place cut side down around edge. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
