Hungry jack beef casserole
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- barbecue sauce - 3/4 c
- cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- can refrigerated biscuits - 10 oz
- can pork & beans - 16 oz
How to make hungry jack beef casserole:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef & onion, drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar & beans. Heat until bubbly. Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. Separate biscuits & cut each biscuit in half crosswise. Place biscuits cut side down around edge of casserole. Sprinkle cheese over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
