  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • can pork and beans - 1 oz
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • barbecue sauce - 3/4 c
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c

How to make hungry jack beef casserole:

Preheat oven to 375°. Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients; heat until bubbly. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Cut biscuits in half to form 20 half circles. Place cut side down around edge of casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
