  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • vanilla extract
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
  • chopped bananas - 2 c
  • cream cheese frosting - 1 item

How to make hummingbird cake:

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup of pecans and bananas. Spoon batter into 3 greased and flou
