- sugar - 2 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- vanilla extract
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- chopped bananas - 2 c
- cream cheese frosting - 1 item
How to make hummingbird cake:
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup of pecans and bananas. Spoon batter into 3 greased and flouRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
