Hot mexican spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter or oleo - 4 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- celery salt - 3/4 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic - 3/4 1
- frozen, chopped spinach - 3 pkg
- Cheez Whiz with jalapeno pepper - 16 oz
- spinach liquid - 1/2 c
How to make hot mexican spinach dip:
Cook spinach. Reserve 1/2 cup liquid, then drain spinach. Add to spinach the oleo, flour and onion; stir. Add remaining ingredients. Serve hot with corn chips or crackers.Note: Can be frozen.
