Ingredients/Components
- small cans white hominy - 2 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- browned sausage - 1/2 lb
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- box Velveeta cheese - 1/2 oz
- dash of salt - 1 item
How to make hot hominy casserole:
Brown sausage and drain. Drain hominy. Mix all ingredients in a casserole bowl, except cheese. Dot cheese on top. Place in oven at 300° for about 20 minutes. All ingredients are cooked, but should be bubbly hot. Onions should cook in the 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Casseroles.
