Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- evaporated milk
- unsweetened chocolate - 4 sq
How to make hot fudge sauce:
Heat sugar and milk to a rolling boil. Boil one minute, stirring constantly. Add chocolate and salt. Stir until melted. Beat until smooth with hand rotary beater. Add butter and extract. Makes about 2 cups. Keep refrigerated.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
