Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- cocoa - 7 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- hot water
How to make hot fudge pudding cake:
Heat oven to 350°. In mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, melted butter and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour batter into square 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. In small bowl, combine remaining sugar, brown sugar and remaining cocoa. Pour in hot water; mix well. Pour mixture over batter in pan. Do not stir. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Puddings and mousses.
