  • salt - 2 tsp
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • red pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • chili pepper - 5 Tbsp
  • large clove garlic - 1 item
  • Red Hot - 2 Tbsp

How to make hot dog sauce:

Mix first 4 ingredients and cook together. Add next 3 ingredients. Mix well and fill skillet with water; simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Simmer 5 to 6 minutes.
