Ingredients/Components
- cooked, cut up chicken - 4 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 2 c
- hard-boiled eggs, cut up - 4 item
- cream of chicken soup - 3/4 c
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- pimento to taste - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- crushed potato chips
- finely chopped almonds - 2/3 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Combine all but the last three ingredients and let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Put on the last 3 ingredients before baking. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
