Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- celery, diced - 2 c
- Accent - 1/2 tsp
- crushed potato chips
- hard-boiled eggs, diced - 4 item
- pimiento - 1 item
- grated American cheese - 1 c
- chicken breasts, cooked and cubed - 3 c
- finely cut almonds - 2/3 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese and chips. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put the cheese and chips on top. Bake in 350° oven 30 minutes. Can be made the day before. Refrigerate, then bake.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
