Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1/3 c
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • wine vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • bacon bits - 1/2 c
  • pineapple juice
  • chopped green onions to taste - 1 item
  • chopped red pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make hot bacon dressing:

Simmer first six ingredients until thick, stirring frequently. Add bacon, onion and pepper. Serve immediately over spinach greens or sliced tomato.
