Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1/4 c
- apple juice
- red grapes, halved and seeded - 1/2 c
- apples, unpared and diced - 1 c
How to make apple-grape salad:
Soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes. Heat gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly until dissolved. Add apple juice. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Stir in fruit and celery. Pour into a 3 cup mold. Chill until set. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Apple, Salads, Berries.
