- mayonnaise - 1 c
- grated Parmesan - 1 c
- can drained artichokes packed in water - 1 item
How to make hot artichoke spread:
Mix (beat) mayonnaise and cheese together; add artichokes. Place in greased baking dish and bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve warm with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Spreads.
